Required a Sales Development Representative (US hours).
Our company is an exciting, fast growing and innovative company that takes a data-driven approach to sales and marketing automation for the automotive industry.
We are seeking a smart, self-starter, and results-driven Sales Development Representative to help grow our sales pipeline!
You will be responsible for growing the lead pipeline, managing multiple prospects and conducting qualification conversations with our potential clients.

This role is for a dynamic individual who does not let any obstacles stand in between him /her and the targets that have been set.
The ideal candidate must be a people person, who is able to source and qualify prospects, be responsible for growing the lead pipeline, and conducting qualification /discovery conversations with our potential clients. Organizational skills are a major priority!
The SDR will be part of the Sales team, reporting directly to Sales leadership.
Responsibilities:
* Research and identify potential clients, interact with them through direct phone calls and emails.
* Ensure prospects meet our qualification criteria.
* Develop and build close long-term relationships with prospects and customers until they convert to qualified opportunities.
* Document lead generation activities and maintain an organized CRM.
* Closely collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of our strategy.
* Understand the business needs of our prospects and clearly articulate our products value to them.
* Initiate contact with inbound leads.

Requirements:
* English at native level Speaker, flawless written and spoken - MUST.
* Ready to work US Hours (330pm - 12am Israel time) Monday to Thursday - MUST.
* Ready to work part-time Israeli hours on Sunday - MUST.
* Ability to conduct in depth research via various online tools - MUST.
* Proficient with Google Suite (spreadsheet, docs, etc.) - MUST.
* Experience with online software sales (SaaS) - advantage.
* Experience with CRM - advantage.
* Prior remote sales experience - advantage.
* Dynamic, high energy, very strong communication skills.
* Time management skills, able to work individually as well as part of a team.
* Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment.
