Location: Tel Aviv-Yafo
We are looking for a Tier-3 Support Engineer to join our Support team. The position requires acting as the technical focal point for customers, investigating and analyzing complex customer scenarios and providing innovative solutions for their needs.
In this position you will:
Have overall responsibility for solving Tier-3 Cases under defined SLAs
Perform ongoing support, maintenance, and complex system upgrades
Integrate and collaborate with the R&D team in the production environment
Monitor the production systems, identifying malfunctions & providing proactive support.
Work closely with the companys Sales team and directly with global clients.
Requirements:
Experience with Linux, Bash, and Python.
2-3 years of experience as a Tier-3 engineer.
Advanced understanding of networking.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Great interpersonal skills with a service-oriented approach.
Detail oriented with the ability to work both individually and within a diverse R&D team.
Fluent English - must have excellent English reading, writing and speaking skills.
Experience with Apache, Tomcat or Java - an advantage.
Experience with AWS - an advantage.
Experience with Vmware ESX - an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Ability to work in shifts (including night shifts).
