Location: Jerusalem
Job Type: Seniors and Full Time
Required Chief Operation Officer for an international organization.
Reporting to: CEO The Chief Operating Officer (COO). 
Will have primary responsibility for supporting the CEO and ensuring the strategic execution of all operational processes. 
The COO will oversee all operational and administrative functions in a demanding fast paced environment that is mission and results-driven, creating and cultivating organizational efficiency and effectiveness operations throughout the organization. 
The successful candidate will be an efficient administrator, effective communicator and an organized and motivated individual with a can-do attitude to support the CEOs leadership of the organization. 
Key Responsibilities:
Deputize the CEO where needed and executing their strategy, with attention to the following areas where they will generally delegate responsibility.
Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the organization including but not limited to overseeing the development and execution of all administrative, branding, marketing/communications, legal and IT areas, etc. 
Cultivate new and existing relationships with potential influencers, donors, government representatives and other key representatives. 
Provide strategic counsel to the CEO to ensure he is aware of all key issues to make strategic decisions. 
Manage the all team members and contractors ensuring each is working to their maximum potential, setting and fulfilling deadlines as well as organizing team meetings and professional development. 
Oversight of all legal commitments, including commitments relating to the organization and other partners and stakeholders.
 Monitor progress/achievement of current operations and identify new opportunities for improvement and expansion. Ensure the completion of all requisite reports and requirements as well as deliver ad hoc reports and requests. Negotiate and review contracts with contractors, vendors and companies. 
Execute and manage Tender Processes. 
Work with CFO to audit statistics and analytics and prevent potential irregularities in implementors operations and reporting. 
Deal with all HR requirements including recruitment, negotiations and performance reviews. 
Proactive identification of issues that could impact the successful execution of the CEOs commitments. 
Manage relationship with all company stakeholders including the Steering Committee, Board of Directors and Government Offices. 
Manage and advise regarding all operational budgets and spending.
Requirements:
Previous experience in operational positions. 
Hebrew (Mother-tongue level).
English (Professional working level).
Demonstrated passion for Jewish education and Israel a plus. 
Demonstrated success in management of a non-profit or business. 
Relevant degrees. 
Strong interpersonal skills Ability to work in fast paced work environment. 
Solution focused attitude and ability to creatively and quickly solve problems.
