Location: Herzliya
A  fast-growing startup  is looking for a talented Customer Success Manager . RESPONSIBILITIES: ·Lead Onboarding, Training, Education, and Implementation of the company’s solutions ·Handle support requests quickly and efficiently. Maintain daily interactions to establish strong relationships and get a clear understanding of the customers’ needs ·Collaborate internally with engineering and product to escalate customer issues as appropriate ·Serve as internal advocate for customer’s needs and requirements to influence the product roadmap ·Monitor customer value and utilization trends, including regular customer “health checkups” and proactively act upon them
Requirements:
·At least 2 years’ experience as a Customer Success Manager in a software company ·Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar Technical skills: Experience with JavaScript, Python, MATLAB Experience working with DB environments (MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB) Familiarity with Network and security protocols Experience with SaaS/ Cloud based software solutions ·Strong people skills necessary to interact with customers and peers. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, collaborative environment ·English at a native tongue level – MUST ·Exceptional oral and written communication skills ·Startup experience - Advantage ·Experience in PoC /pilots process – Advantage
