Taptica is looking for a Help Desk Specialist to support and maintain IT issues at our Tel Aviv office. As a member of the Help Desk support team you will resolve requests from our employees, set up new computers, and answer a variety of IT questions.
Responsibilities:
Administration and management of Office 365 and domain accounts
Daily management of Help Desk environment, troubleshooting, assigning, identifying, and resolving co-workers' desktop/laptop and mobile technology challenges.
Configuration, installation, and implementation of the office technology infrastructure as needed (desktops, laptops, tablets, network, and servers).
Identifying and implementing solutions to improve the work/life quality of your co-workers, and to improve effectiveness and efficiency on an ongoing basis.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in an IT Support/Help Desk role (an advantage working for a company with 100+ users).
Experience supporting and maintaining a complex Office 365 for Business infrastructure.
Experience supporting Mac, Linux, and Windows environments.
Experience implementing and maintaining services such as Confluence, Jira, RingCentral, VPN, etc.
Ability to maintain, follow, and provide yearly budget.
Service-oriented attitude and people person.
Proficiency in English.
Strong sense of curiosity and passion for technology.
Strong vendor relations/negotiation skills.
