The Finance system Analyst works with business users from all BUs to identify business requirements, recommend process improvements, design solutions to meet requirements, and configure ERP Systems based on functional requirements. The Finance system Analyst will support ERP Finance processes to enhance the value received from Deltas platform.

Gather requirements, conduct Business Analysis, Fit Gap Analysis, TEST Systems, Document, and Train End Users.
Configures the ERP system in the areas of Finance.
Interact with all stakeholders to drive improvements.
Analyze integration requirements and work with other systems.
Conduct, support, testing, and training on the ERP platform.

Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators ("KPI") including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures.
Provide analytical frameworks and strategic insights to identify risk and opportunities associated with the company's financial budget.
Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives
Coordination of cost accounting and reporting activities, review, investigate and explain costing and production variances.
Prepare the periodical financial reports of various units and departments.
Prepare financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives.
Maintain and improve current processes to produce, collect and analyze data.
Support budget model users.
Key player in periodical close process (monthly' quarterly & annually.
Maintain and ensure SOX compliance.

4+ years of similar experience from global companies
Experience in financial modeling and forecasting
A bachelor's degree in Economics a must
Proven experience in SOX compliance an advantage

Proficiency in MS Office (mainly Excel/power query)
Proficiency in visualization and analytical tools (Power BI)
Fluent English (spoken/written) a must
Ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated
